Refunds

All bookings and charges made through Flight Change Hub are non-refundable. While we may assist with refund requests, approval and processing times are not guaranteed. If an airline provides a full refund, Flight Change Hub will charge a $35.00 service fee per ticket for processing.

Credit Card Payments

Charges for ticket costs and additional fees may appear separately on your credit card statement under the airline's name, one of their consolidators, or Flight Change Hub (flightchangehub.online). We accept most credit cards issued in the USA, subject to airline and fare acceptance policies. Third-party credit cards are not accepted. Mastercard and Visa debit cards are accepted if the daily balance or limit is sufficient for the transaction.

Credit Card Disputes / Chargebacks

By using our website, you agree not to dispute charges authorized through it. If you do not receive your E-tickets or purchased products within 24 hours, contact Flight Change Hub immediately. Initiating disputes or chargebacks for valid charges may make you liable for fees, including chargeback processing fees, airline charges, and legal costs.

Legal Disputes

All legal claims must be filed in a court located in Middlesex County, State of Massachusetts, USA.

Credit Card Decline

If your credit card is declined, we will notify you within 4 business days via phone or email. Purchases cannot be processed until payment is successful, and delays may result in loss of fare and booking guarantees.

Booking Fees for Online Purchases

Flight Change Hub incorporates service fees into the quoted fare, which remain confidential.

Fare Changes / Reservation Cancellation

Occasionally, fares may change between booking and ticket issuance. If fares increase, we will contact you to confirm whether to proceed or cancel. Fare decreases do not qualify for refunds. Rarely, reservations may be canceled before ticket issuance; we will notify you promptly with options.

Ticket Delivery

Most tickets sold are E-tickets. Paper tickets, if requested, will be delivered via FedEx.

Site Usage and Purchasing of Tickets

By using our website, you accept financial responsibility for all transactions and ensure the accuracy of information provided. You confirm that you are of legal age and have the authority to agree to our terms. Bookings made under your supervision must be legitimate. The Warsaw Convention may apply to trips involving destinations outside your departure country, governing liability limits for carriers.

Name Changes

Flight Change Hub does not allow passenger name changes after booking.

Termination

Flight Change Hub reserves the right to terminate website access, in whole or part, without liability or notice, at our discretion.
